Delete your data

In the app (immediate)

1. Open PrepPass and tap the gear icon at the top of the home screen.
2. Tap Delete my data.
3. Confirm with Delete everything.

This permanently deletes your exam history, transcripts, scorecards, timing logs and any unused credits, from our servers and from your phone.

This cannot be undone. Deleted credits cannot be restored.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email support@preppass.co.uk with the subject “Delete my data” and the approximate dates of your exams, so we can find your anonymous account. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we keep

Records of store purchases (product, date and store transaction number) are kept without any link to you, only to stop the same purchase being redeemed twice. Apple keeps its own purchase records under its own privacy policy.
